Our expert crown molding installation process from start to finish.

Installing crown molding in your house can not only add a little value to your Orlando home it can also add elegance. Most mid-range priced homes come standard with baseboard and door trim, so adding this feature is usually part of a remodel or upgrade. It can also be a pretty stress-free addition if you choose the right company for the job. You’ll want to make sure to choose a company that performs all their cuts outside to minimize the mess and that won’t turn your house into a sawdust mess. Everyone does it differently and has their own method. We’d like to take a minute to explain our Crown Molding Installation process and why it sets us apart from the competition.

  • Step One: We always answer the phone with an eager voice, ready to offer you the customer service you deserve. We also want to make you feel like one of the family during our first in-person encounter, making sure you feel comfortable with our expert team of professionals conducting business in your home. Our goal is to provide a concise and easy to understand estimate that is detailed and upfront.

  • Step Two: Once you’ve approved your estimate and decided to utilize our services and expertise, we agree on a start date for the work to begin. We go over any house prep that you need to do prior to our arrival, ensuring that we have an accessible and clean area to perform our tasks. After you’re up to speed on your pre-arrival responsibilities, the only thing left to do is arrive on time and exceed your expectations.

  • Step Three: Now that we’re on property, it’s time for us to prep our work space and protect any large items left in the area. Once we’ve prepped and protected, it’s time for the fun to begin. Obtaining measurements taken from the estimate, we begin to make our cuts to the material outside of your house. Less mess to clean up means less time in your home and that’s certainly a win-win for both parties involved. Now that our cuts are complete, we begin to install your new Crown Molding piece by piece using a nail gun.

  • Step Four: After the installation is complete, it’s time for the finishing touches. We begin to fill the nail holes with putty and caulk-in the trim where it meets the walls and ceiling. Once the putty is dry, we use a dustless sander to smooth out the surface and get it ready for paint. Now that the molding is sanded and smooth, it’s time to clean up and present the finished product to you.

We hope this helps you understand our seamless process and we also hope that by reading this it helped us stand out above the competition. Our expert team of professional installers are standing by to answer any questions you may still have or to get you on the schedule for a free in-home estimate.
